The planning for Construction begins with the Start up meeting, where all the controls and performance indicators are defined. Before construction can start on the ground all the necessary construction documentation is required, from Environmental, Safety plans to Heritage and method statements, to name a few. All construction requires a design of some sort whether it is a standard drawing for typical works or Civil and Electrical design, depending on the changes. Before the design can be built it requires consultation with the stakeholders. Regular Construction meetings on site to understand any issues or successes in progress.
